[IDV #XQY-387958]: Displaying lightning data from Vaisala

Hi Jerry,
      Since the NLDN is a binary format and created in SUNNY, you can get 
better information to send the email to David Knight <address@hidden>. I will 
be surprised if Vaisalla doesn't know the NLDN format. The IDV is using the CDM 
library to read in this kind of lightning data. There is another format of 
lightning data can be read into the IDV, it is ASCII file in CSV format as the 
following example. I don't remember the variable in each column, I can provide 
more detail information next week if you are interested.
