[IDV #UTM-113449]: Is there function for calculating equivalent potential vorticity (EPV)?

Hi Dave,
    This function is not in the IDV library, however, you can add to the IDV as 
a user formula. If you need help, you can 
send me the formula and I can add this to the system.
