Hi Katie, > Good morning. I've tried loading some GIS data into IDV (shapefiles of > counties, for example). The file is displayed properly but there is no way > to get the GIS data displayed. For example, with the counties, I'd want to > be able to click on a particular county and have the name of the county > displayed somewhere. Or if I load a GIS file of lakes, I'd want to be able > to click on a particular lake and have name and other info in the GIS file > displayed. Is there a way to do this in the IDV now? If not, will this be a > feature added at a later date? > Sorry, but the IDV cannot do that. It does display the properties (if there are any) in a table but it does not support probing the display. It very well could be an added feature but it would be a low priority item for us. -Jeff Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: OEW-719199 Department: Support IDV Priority: Normal Status: Closed
