[IDV #HKF-392334]: problem with loading bunles

The IDV takes a command line argument:
-islinteractive
which tells it to run any isl scripts in interactive mode and not exit.

Also, when you do File->Open the File dialog will have a "Change data paths" 
checkbox that, when checked, allows you to change which data files the data 
sources in the bundle use.
