[IDV #NLF-339062]: Printing the timestep on the image

You can add a displayListTemplate property (see attached) that includes a 
%timestamp%
macro. See the section on the display control properties:

for more information on this. 

You can use the IDV interactively to try out different templates from the 
properties dialog
and then just use the template string in the isl file.
