[IDV #LKI-333896]: IDV error message

It looks like you are running the IDV using java 1.6 which seems to not like 
some xml formats that we are using. If you run under java 1.5 (which is what we 
release and test the IDV with) you shouldn't see this problem.  I will fix it 
though in a future release.
