Hi Rich, > For my coastal ocean work with IDV, I'm constantly > > 1. Changing the default range on > View=>Viewpoint=>Vertical Scale > from [0,16000] to [-500,0]. > > 2. Changing the default background map and "Default Background > Maps=>Settings=>Map Position" from the default "Bottom" to "Top". > For these two above you can have an empty IDV (no data & displays), configure your views and then save that as a bundle. You can even save that as the Default bundle (under the File menu) and it will load up every time you run. > 3. Every time I load 2D sea surface data, it comes in on the "Bottom" > and I have to move it to the "Top". > We don't have a default for the 2d level. You could create the display and then save it off as a display template bundle through the Displays File->Save-> Save display as favorite menu. The named entry should show up in the Displays list in the Field Selector. -Jeff Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: KOS-919426 Department: Support IDV Priority: Normal Status: Closed
