[IDV #OSA-271261]: Problem with bundle - UnitException & Java heap space

Yes. The scaled unit is our internal class that handles these types of units 
and its encoding/decoding to bundles was broken. 

This is fixed now. It will be in tonight's (tuesday) nightly build.
