[IDV #QPM-755521]: IDV process CPU usage when iddle

Is the IDV view window (map window) minimized?  If so, does
the CPU usage drop when the window is restored?  Otherwise, I'm
not sure what would be happening.

You could try the Vista version (works on XP, just has a different
Java/Java 3D) and see if you have a different behavior.
