[IDV #KBZ-495057]: IDV - text point data error

Hi Alan,

The problem is that we don't handle dates that are in multiple columns through 
the gui.
However, we can handle them in the data if we use the "colspan" attribute. So, 
if you
put the following 2 lines at the beginning of the file the IDV can read the 
data:

(index) ->(Latitude, Longitude, Time, WDIR, WSPD, SIGN(Text))
skip[], Latitude[unit="deg"],skip[], Longitude[unit="deg"],skip[], Time[fmt="dd 
MM yyyy HH mm" colspan="5"], WDIR[unit="deg" miss="MM"], WSPD[unit="m/s" 
miss="MM"], skip[],SIGN(Text),skip[],skip[]

We'll be adding the colspan ability into the gui.
