[IDV #WNG-400635]: IDV - %timestamp% not working in display label for RGB display

The problem is that when you select the sub choice of the image sequence
for the single time, the time is lost. Select the sequence and if you
only want certain images, use the time selection in the field selector
that pops up.  I've attached an image that shows the selection.  (if
you don't get the attachment, let me know and I'll send it from my
account.  We were having some problems with attachments, but I was told
it was fixed.)
