adde.ucar.edu  and adde.geo.nsf.gov are probably the most 
reliable and up-to-date.

Some of the servers are not updating consistantly and

I notice degradation of the display when many other graphics intensive
programs are running.  There are only so many colors available to the
graphics subsystem and the more graphical programs you have open,
the more resources are consumed.
