[Support #SLU-308510]: IPV calculations using IDV

Hi Steve-

I've moved this to support IDV because I'm going to be travelling a
bunch over the next few weeks.  Your best bet is to send questions
there (if you can't get answers from Tom W. ;-))

For grids from our servers, there should be an IPV entry under the
3D grids->Derived section of the fields.  This is calculated from 
the temperature and the derived absolute vorticity fields in the grid.
If you are using other gridded data, you could create a formula
that would be:

DerivedGridFactory.createIPV(T,absvor)

and pick the T and absvor fields when you execute the formula.
