[IDV #TJE-306333]: IDV - Broken ISL Scripting

And one more way of doing this is on the command line:
idv -data <the data source url> -display <some parameter> <some display id>

The current release has a bug where all subsequent data source loads by the 
user will
also have this display created. I've changed that this morning to only be used 
at
initialization time.
