20050606: Resolution of wsr88d level 2 data

Hi Jerome-

The data are not gridded, but are in their native polar coordinates.
The resolution of the data is 1 km for Reflectivity and .5 km for
the radial velocity.

I will add an item to our TODO list to have this kind of metadata
listed out in the Details portion of the datasource and displays
in a future IDV release.
