20050420: IDV - point data plot resized by reset view

Inquiry: Making special point data symbols in the geon idv java package, using 
extensions to the class MetSymbol, with method makeShapes, the shapes' size is 
controlled
by the display control window's "Scale: entry box.

If you use a large value in Scale: to see the symbols in more detail, then 
click the reset the view button (Ctrl-R), the symbols are rescaled to size 1.0. 
Changing point of view (not zooming) should not change size of data symbols.

Scaling and auto-scaling of symbols is an ongoing problem. We will try to address it in the next release.
