Inquiry: I received the following error by selecting Displays - Locations - 
U.S. Cities.
After receiving the error while viewing a GFS plot, I exited the IDV, re-started
and tried placing the cities on a clean map.  I then received the same error.
It looks like the US Cities file got deleted from our distribution. It will be back in in the next release.
