If it's not polar orbiter data, then we might be able to handle it. Do you have a sample file? BTW, I've been working on the aircraft track stuff. You can now have a little plane flying along the track. This will be in the next release in a couple of weeks. Also, we are working on reading local Level III files. That won't be in the next release, but should be out sometime in the first part of the next year if all goes well.
