Well, I have hit my latest road block!  I would very much like to be
able to get archived sounding/RAOB data that is in the right format so
I can manipulate it in IDV.  Do you know of anyone who is currently
archiving and providing this type of data?

Unfortunately I do not know where one could get such data. However, a colleague, who is out till Monday, should have 
more knowledge about this than I.
