This is at the Little Rock Airport? Weather and airplane crash project. 

You can get that from NCDC at:

http://has.ncdc.noaa.gov/plclimprod/plsql/HAS.DsSelect

These will be tarred and compressed.  You'll need to untar
and uncompress the data before you use it.
