How about from the SSEC data archive for EDU sites?  You could get
that at:

http://dcarchive.ssec.wisc.edu/edu_data/

There might be a delay in getting these requests filled.  Or, you
could try the Unidata/Wisconsin data stream archive by sending
a note to the SSEC data center and request the

You can get that from NCDC at:

http://has.ncdc.noaa.gov/plclimprod/plsql/HAS.DsSelect

These will be tarred and compressed.  You'll need to untar
and uncompress the data before you use it.
