Wow, that looks nice.  We just released version 1.1 b3 and did some
major reworking of the docs.  One thing we did was add an option to
the document creation that allows us to create a file that has all
the HTML merged into one file.  I'm at a conference right now, but
will look into how we might merge your work and this autogeneration
together when I get back.
