The official 1.0 release of Unidata's Integrated Data Viewer (IDV) is available for download. The IDV is a software library package and software framework for visualizing and analysing geoscience data. This IDV release includes a Java(TM)-based software library, and a referenceapplication made from that software. It uses the VisAD library http://www.ssec.wisc.edu/~billh/visad.html) for data models and
for creating visualizations, and other Java-based utility packages.
