[IDD #HUE-367764]: LDM Access denied.

Hi,

First, I drove your post to the ldm-users email list into our inquiry
tracking system.

Two things here:

- there is no forward DNS (name -> IP address) for the name 
om614a-00035.geos.tamu.edu

- 10.x.x.x addresses are not public

  What is the public IP of this machine?

Since there is forward and reverse DNS for this machine, it should
be able to REQUEST IDD feeds from idd.unidata.ucar.edu.  You can 
test this as follows:

Success will be indicated by output that looks something like:

The line with the 'OK' shows that the upstream LDM server is ALLOWing
your request, and a 'notifyme' connection is the same as a REQUEST
in the LDM configuration file, ~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf.
