NOAA has stopped sending the low resolution GEFS in the CONDUIT feed, and the higher resolution data has not been added. Since NOAA controls the content of CONDUIT, not Unidata, it is best to post a question about the GEFS availability to the address@hidden email list as there are several NOAA/NCEP people subscribed to the list, and they should be able to answer if/when GEFS data will return to CONDUIT.
