[IDD #KGB-876868]: UNIWISC REQUEST line in ldmd.conf

I believe the following should get all of the original products, all
of the products that will continue in the revamped feed, and
none of the new products:

REQUEST UNIWISC "(GOES-13|GOES-15|_COMP|COMPOSITE)" <upstream.feed.host>
