[IDD #QBL-783661]: split LDM REQUEST for CONDUIT feed

What we want to see is all of the plots generated over
the past week.  You will generate this as follows:

ldmadmin plotmetrics -b 20190923'

This would work without any need to tweak if everything
were in the LDM account... just a warning that you may
have to tweak your PATH, etc. to get the plots working.
