[IDD #QBL-783661]: split LDM REQUEST for CONDUIT feed

Is there some reason the LDM product-queues aren't the same size?

Also, would you please occasionally execute the command "pqmon -S" on the two 
hosts and send their output when the first field is "1" instead of "0". Thanks.
