Hi Rick,

Thanks for sending that information.

The outputs from "pqmon -S" indicate that the queues are relatively new. Did 
you re-create them? If so, could you re-execute that command on the two systems 
and send us its outputs.

We're not seeing what could be causing the problem. It might help if you could 
upgrade your LDMs to the latest release so we can compare apples to apples. Can 
you do that?
