Hi Chuan-Yuan, Quick update: The 'notifyme' command I referenced yesterday: notifyme -vl logs/kkyy.log -f ANY -h idd.unidata.ucar.edu -p KKYY -o 10000000 has been running for just over 18 hours now. A review of the log file that it is writing shows that there are no products in the IDD that have KKYY in their Product ID. This means that there are either no glider products being distributed in the IDD or there are some but their Product IDs do not contain KKYY. Please remember that a large subset of the data that is being relayed in the IDD comes from the NOAAPort SBN (Satellite Broadcast Network) that the Weather Service operates to deliver data that they consider to be necessary to the Weather Forecast Offices (WFOs). It is most likely that the Weather Service does not deem the glider data crucial for the activities of the WFOs. I'm sorry that I didn't have better news for you...
