The only other thing I can think of is that the netCDF utility 'ncgen' is not being found, so the Perl netCDF decoders are all failing on the step where the output netCDF file is attempted to be created. Question: - can 'ncgen' be found by your 'ldm' user? Run the following to test this: <as 'ldm'> which ncgen I believe that I provided an 'ncgen' binary to you when we were trying to setup things last October. If you no longer have/cannot find 'ncgen', I will send you another copy.
