I think that your diagram looks great!  I only have 1 small suggestion and
one question:

- I would change 'NOAA port' to 'NOAAPort' (one word; capital P)

- why does your NOAAPort oval have 'channel 3'?

  Are you trying to say that you are getting data from three of the
  channels available in NOAAPort?
