We are evaluating the results of a survey we sent to the CONDUIT community right now. It is most likely that the 0.25 degree data will be added to CONDUIT as soon as more top level IDD relays have reconfigured their LDM setup/machines to be able to handle the increased volume. Exactly when this may/will happen we can not say at this time.
