[IDD #VQM-781176]: New domain for NOHRSC ldm computers

As long as there is valid forward and reverse DNS for these two machines
after the domain name change, everything should be OK on our end.  If
there is _not_ forward and reverse DNS after the switch, the REQUEST(s)
being made by these machines will fail.
