Hi Donna, re: > I see you mention idd.tamu.edu (in reference to CALU). If these errors are > still > happening, could I get a contact and some more info on the request > statements? If I can, > I would like to help. I am including the ~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf REQUEST lines that were aimed at idd.tamu.edu (they were changed to stop the annoying messages in the CALU LDM log file) were: REQUEST UNIDATA|DIFAX ".*" idd.tamu.edu REQUEST NEXRAD3 ".*" idd.tamu.edu REQUEST NGRID ".*" idd.tamu.edu REQUEST NIMAGE ".*" idd.tamu.edu REQUEST FNEXRAD ".*" idd.tamu.edu The annoying messages in the LDM log file looked like: Nov 15 00:00:56 shu idd.tamu.edu[3290] NOTE: Switching data-product transfer-mode to alternate Nov 15 00:00:56 shu idd.tamu.edu[3290] NOTE: LDM-6 desired product-class: 20121115040056.720 TS_ENDT {{NEXRAD3, ".*"},{NONE, "SIG=cd1da8b3fe44aea41bb91bf1ce493f9b"}} Nov 15 00:00:56 shu idd.tamu.edu[3290] NOTE: Request not allowed. Does it overlap with another?; Request denied by upstream LDM: 20121115040056.720 TS_ENDT {{NEXRAD3, ".*"},{NONE, "SIG=cd1da8b3fe44aea41bb91bf1ce493f9b"}} ... Nov 15 00:02:59 shu idd.tamu.edu[3286] NOTE: LDM-6 desired product-class: 20121115040259.391 TS_ENDT {{DIFAX|UNIDATA, ".*"},{NONE, "SIG=0c9e37bb2c5d114cb67b88e249c3b79d"}} Nov 15 00:02:59 shu idd.tamu.edu[3286] NOTE: Request not allowed. Does it overlap with another?; Request denied by upstream LDM: 20121115040259.391 TS_ENDT {{DIFAX|UNIDATA, ".*"},{NONE, "SIG=0c9e37bb2c5d114cb67b88e249c3b79d"}} etc. Since three is no overlay in REQUESTs (that I can see), I figure that there is some "problem" on idd.tamu.edu or with LDM-6.11.1 itself. That is why I commented that I need to get Steve Emmerson involved in the discussion.
