[IDD #GOK-818269]: Help -- NEXRAD3 feed no longer working, along with some GOES imagery from UNIWISC

Very good.  As I understand it, Marcus has 'root' privilege on gwoemul?
The reason I ask is that there will be changes needed that can only be
made with 'root' privilege (e.g., correcting the LDM logging setup in
/etc/syslog.conf).
