[CONDUIT #GAF-915792]: testing new additions to CONDUIT

Hi Art,

There are now NDFD grids available from the WOC machine, 140.90.33.32,
in the EXP feed type.   The product IDs for the new products are not
what will eventually be there (since the current IDs are overly simplistic),
and, of course, the feed type will change to CONDUIT when tweaks have been
finished.

I just got a chance to start looking at the new grids, and so far, I have
_not_ seen any that are in the 1-3 day range (which are the NDFD grids
that users are looking for).
