Not directly.  Some folks in CISL that are involved in TIGGE are moving 
LDM-delivered
data off an IDD node to the MassStore.  Others (Chifan) have been moving other
LDM/IDD-delivered data to the MSS for several years.  Exactly what is being put
on the MSS,  I can't say.
