Yesterday morning we received a message that indicated that there was a major power outage at the NSF buildings in Arlington, Virginia: Due to a major power outage, NSF will be closed today. They are hoping to be open tomorrow. Since idd.cise-nsf.gov is housed in those same offices, it went down when the power failed.
