I think I figured out what was happening yesterday afternoon.  I will
be implementing a fix today (I would have implemented the fix last night,
but the network in my neighborhood was having some problems so I did not
want to get part way into the fix and then lose my connection as it
might have killed the feed entirely).

OK.  It is pretty easy to do.

Here is what I propose: I will configure one of the scripts to run
from a pqact.conf action and then you can use it as an example of how
to do the rest.  I will probably not be able to get to this until
late in the weekend or sometime early next week.
