[IDD #OAI-244690]: UNC Charlotte LDM IP address change

Hi Mike, 

The only LDM from UNCC showing up in rtstats:
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idd/rtstats/siteindex.php

is:

ldm.uncc.edu [6.4.4.0]

So I have no idea who:
briandukepc.uncc.edu

..is feeding from?
