>From: Unidata User Support <address@hidden> >Organization: Unidata Program Center/UCAR >Keywords: LDM IDD McIDAS ADDE Users of unidata2.ssec.wisc.edu data services: Tomorrow at about ** 15 UTC ** unidata2.ssec.wisc.edu will be taken offline for service and relocation within the SSEC Data Center. We anticipate that the machine will be unavailable for approximately one hour, but that estimate could be wrong. This outage will affect a number of services that unidata2 provides: - creation of images for the UNIWISC (aka MCIDAS) datastream - McIDAS ADDE serving of the EAST (full GOES-East imagery), WEST (full GOES-West imagery), and GOESEAST (GOES-East imagery composited with sectors from the Northern and Southern hemispheres) datasets - injection and relay of a number of IDD datastreams - archival-of and FTP access-to UNIWISC IDD satellite imagery The service is being performed to correct the cause of unidata2's outage at the end of last week. We apologize for the needed service interruption.
