Where are you located? Unidata does not provide feeds to individuals, we work with educational and research institutions. If you are located near a site of ours, we can point you in that direction, and perhaps that site would be willing to give you a data feed. Are you aware that we deliver data via the LDM: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/ldm/ The LDM requires a Unix/Linux type OS and you will need sufficient bandwidth to ingest the data as well.
