20050201:secondary CONDUIT data feed

Hi Yoshiro,

Hopefully after tomorrow atm.geo will be more stable :)

I will find you a secondary (or tertiary, if we count Brazil ;)) CONDUIT
feed.

Are you requesting the entire feed from atm or a subset?
