20041214: "Final" gfs analyses

Art,

At the present time, the final analysis are not part of
the IDD. I did suggest the addition of the grid 3 fnl files
from the NWS server to the CONDUIT stream. Do you
have any feedback on what files would be desireable for CONDUIT?
