20040616: IDD feeds from atm.geo.nsf.gov not available

The UPC-maintained top level IDD relay node 'atm.geo.nsf.gov' was down
from 14:11 - 17:14 UTC today.  Data relay service has been resumed, and
we are investigating the cause of the failure.

Since atm will request the previous hour's worth of data from its
upstream IDD feed hosts, and since solon will request data newer than
the last product it received in each feed, you should end up missing a
maximum of two hours of data.

We apologize for interruption in service...
