Re: possible network outages between SSEC and outside network Jan 7 and Jan 8

This will also affect aos.wisc.edu connections as well. None of the
outages is supposed to last more than 1 hour, so no data should
be lost, but if you feed from f5.aos.wisc.edu or profhorn.aos.wisc.edu
you may wish to fail over during this time.
