Excellent, thanks! I just looked at the real time statistics being returned from ldm.envsci and see that all feed requests you have to yin.engin.umich.edu have a trailing period ('.') on them. The following is from the 'topology' link under: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/staff/chiz/rtstats/siteindex.shtml?ldm.envsci.rutgers.edu Topology for IDS|DDPLUS to ldm.envsci.rutgers.edu 0 ldm.envsci.rutgers.edu [no stats] 1 yin.engin.umich.edu. [no stats] The trailing period prevents the real time statistics reporting routines from recognizing yin as yin.engin.umich.edu, and the result is that yin is shown to not have stats (the [no stats] comment) and the complete topology can not be depicted. We would appreciate it if you would edit your ~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf file (and all other ldmd.conf* files that you may use for failover) and remove the trailing period from hostnames. As always, after making changes to ldmd.conf, the LDM must be stopped and restarted for the changes to take effect. Thanks for the help!
