This archive contains answers to questions sent to Unidata support through mid-2025. Note that the archive is no longer being updated. We provide the archive for reference; many of the answers presented here remain technically correct, even if somewhat outdated. For the most up-to-date information on the use of NSF Unidata software and data services, please consult the Software Documentation first.
Dave, We are receiving your stats. FYI, the clock on enso seems to be running 30-40 seconds fast: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/iddstats?IDS|DDPLUS+enso.sfsu.edu and norte may be about 40 seconds slow: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/iddstats?IDS|DDPLUS+norte.sfsu.edu If you aren't using ntpdate to sync the clocks (or the ntp daemon), you can see the LDM documentation on setting that up.
