floater

Hi Eric, 

It seems as if the floaters from GOES-8 "the ed floaters" are not being
updated...Can you inform if their is a problem with the process. I am
aware of the GUI not being available on "gold" the new SSEC machine, but
it is my understanding that they will set the appropriate coordinates if
contacted by e-mail..
