No.  The LDM configuration files have not changed on motherlode for
several days:

/local/ldm/etc% ls -alt *.conf

Perhaps the problem is in the NOAAPORT stream itself.  We will attempt
to investigate further.

By looking at surface data decoded with McIDAS, I have verified your
observation that 15Z data is among the missing.
